Senior Engineering Manager - Learning Platform

We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of our core learning platform serving millions of students daily. You will manage multiple engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable solutions for content delivery, assessments, and adaptive learning.

• Lead and mentor 20+ engineers across multiple scrum teams building learning platform components
• Drive technical architecture and engineering roadmap for content delivery, video streaming, and assessment systems
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes across teams
• Collaborate with product, design, content, and data science teams to deliver impactful learning experiences
• Manage stakeholder expectations, delivery timelines, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
• Build high-performing engineering culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in engineering management roles
• Strong technical background in full-stack development, microservices, and cloud architectures
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams of 15+ members
• Track record of delivering large-scale consumer products with millions of users
• Experience with video streaming technologies, content delivery networks, and adaptive learning systems preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field from premier institutions
