Senior AI/ML Engineer - NLP

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing to build intelligent features for our platform. You will work on search, recommendations, chatbots, and voice-based ordering systems. This role offers an opportunity to apply cutting-edge NLP research to solve real-world problems at scale.

• Design and develop NLP models for search ranking, query understanding, and conversational AI
• Build and optimize recommendation systems using deep learning and transformer models
• Implement text classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis for customer feedback
• Deploy ML models in production and monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with data engineers to build pipelines for data collection and feature engineering
• Stay updated with latest NLP research and evaluate new techniques for product applications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong focus on Natural Language Processing
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of transformer models (BERT, GPT, T5) and their applications
• Experience with NLP libraries like spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK, or Gensim
• Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools and practices
• Strong fundamentals in machine learning, statistics, and optimization
• Publication record in NLP conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL) is a plus
