The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value retail customers, providing personalized banking solutions and driving business growth through cross-selling of financial products. You will build long-term relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and offer customized solutions across deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ affluent retail customers with total relationship value exceeding ₹50 crores
• Drive deposits growth, liability generation, and cross-selling of banking and financial products
• Provide personalized financial advisory services including home loans, personal loans, credit cards, and investments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across multiple product categories
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and issue resolution
• Conduct regular customer engagement activities including branch visits, relationship reviews, and financial planning sessions

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Finance or related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory guidelines, and financial markets
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer portfolios
• Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and banking software applications
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
