Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales across the Western region. This role involves building and managing strategic relationships with C-level executives, leading complex sales cycles, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. You will lead a team of account executives and collaborate with solution engineers to deliver transformative customer experiences.

• Drive enterprise sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to closure
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 account executives and drive their performance
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver customer value
• Develop territory plans, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (₹10+ Cr annually)
• Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or cloud-based solutions to large enterprises
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing and leading sales teams
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred
