The Regional Sales Manager will lead enterprise sales efforts across Western India, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and account expansion. This role demands exceptional relationship-building skills and deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.

• Drive regional sales strategy and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise software and cloud solutions
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Develop and nurture C-level relationships with enterprise clients across banking, manufacturing, and retail sectors
• Lead complex deal negotiations and contract closures with multi-million dollar deal values
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams to deliver customized solutions
• Forecast sales pipeline accurately and report on regional performance metrics to senior leadership

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 4 years in team leadership roles
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in enterprise software or cloud solutions
• Strong network and relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in large enterprises
• Experience managing sales cycles from prospecting to closure with deal sizes of $500K+
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• MBA or equivalent qualification from reputed institution
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
