The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations for 12 stores across North India region, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires expertise in retail management, team development, and P&L ownership.

• Manage end-to-end operations for 12 stores across Delhi NCR, Punjab, and Uttarakhand with combined annual revenue of ₹150+ crores
• Drive sales performance, footfall conversion, and average transaction value through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
• Lead store managers and teams totaling 400+ employees, ensuring training, development, and performance management
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and loss prevention protocols are consistently maintained
• Analyze store-level P&L, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to enhance profitability
• Collaborate with central merchandising, marketing, and HR teams to execute company initiatives and seasonal campaigns

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 9 years of retail operations experience with at least 4 years in multi-store leadership roles
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large retail P&L
• Strong understanding of fashion retail, customer service excellence, and omnichannel operations
• Excellent people management skills with ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in retail analytics and business intelligence tools
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region visiting stores regularly
