• Manage retail operations for 120+ Reliance Retail stores across multiple formats in Gujarat and Rajasthan
• Drive regional sales targets of ₹300+ crores annually with focus on same-store sales growth
• Lead a team of 30+ store managers and 800+ store associates, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Implement visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and loss prevention protocols
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across all locations

• 9-13 years of progressive experience in retail operations with at least 4 years in regional/multi-store management
• Proven ability to manage large retail networks and deliver consistent revenue growth
• Strong understanding of retail P&L, inventory management, and supply chain operations
• Excellent leadership and people development skills with ability to inspire large teams
• MBA or equivalent degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in retail analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
