Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards and driving continuous improvement. This role involves managing quality systems, supplier audits, and cross-functional quality projects.

• Lead quality planning, control, and assurance activities across vehicle manufacturing lines and assembly operations
• Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues using tools like 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and Six Sigma
• Conduct supplier quality audits, assess vendor capabilities, and manage PPAP and quality gate approvals
• Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects focused on defect reduction and process optimization
• Monitor quality KPIs including PPM, first-time-through rate, and customer complaints, and drive action plans

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
• 11+ years of experience in quality management within automotive or heavy manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and managing supplier quality programs
• Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality certifications is preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with ability to influence cross-functional teams
