The Project Head will oversee end-to-end execution of a 12-acre premium residential township project in Pune, managing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder relationships. This leadership position requires driving cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering world-class residential communities.

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning and approvals to construction and handover
• Manage project budgets exceeding ₹800 crores and ensure cost optimization without quality compromise
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards
• Monitor construction quality, resolve site issues, and implement best practices
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Construction Management or MBA preferred
• Minimum 12 years in real estate project management with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects (₹500+ crore developments)
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, municipal approvals, and environmental clearances
• Expertise in project planning tools, cost estimation, and contract management
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and vendors
• Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
