The Project Head will lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects worth 500+ crores in Pune. This leadership role requires expertise in project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence to ensure timely completion within budget and quality parameters.

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning and approvals to construction and handover
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Drive coordination with government authorities for statutory approvals and compliance
• Monitor project cash flows, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives
• Implement best practices in construction management and resolve escalations effectively

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 12+ years in real estate project management
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects worth 300+ crores on time
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and budget management
• Deep understanding of RERA regulations, building codes, and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to lead large teams
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Experience with reputed real estate developers in premium residential segment preferred
