The Project Head will oversee end-to-end delivery of premium residential township projects in Bengaluru. This leadership role demands strong project management expertise, vendor coordination, and quality control to ensure timely delivery within budget.

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery for residential projects worth ₹500+ crores
• Manage cross-functional teams including civil, MEP, architecture, and procurement departments
• Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, building codes, and quality standards
• Drive vendor and contractor management including negotiation, contract finalization, and performance monitoring
• Monitor project timelines, critical paths, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
• Coordinate with sales and customer experience teams for smooth handover and possession activities

• 12+ years of experience in real estate project management with minimum 6 years in leadership roles
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering required; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects (minimum 1 million sq ft)
• Strong knowledge of construction technology, building codes, RERA compliance, and quality standards
• Excellent budgeting and cost control skills with experience managing projects worth ₹300+ crores
• Outstanding leadership and people management capabilities to lead teams of 50+ members
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms
