Project Head - Residential Development

We are seeking an accomplished Project Head to lead the execution of our premium residential development project in Pune comprising 800+ units. This leadership position involves end-to-end project management from planning through handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Lead complete project execution for residential development valued at ₹1200+ crores
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across all phases
• Manage contractor relationships, vendor coordination, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, building codes, and environmental norms
• Drive timely project milestones and handover schedules while maintaining quality benchmarks
• Coordinate with design, sales, finance, and customer service teams for seamless project delivery

• 12+ years of experience in real estate project management with focus on residential developments
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (500+ units) on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, civil engineering, and project management methodologies
• Experience with RERA compliance, statutory approvals, and government liaison
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and crisis management capabilities
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required; MBA or PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, and ERP systems
