The Project Head will oversee end-to-end execution of a premium residential township project spanning 12 acres in Pune's Hinjewadi corridor. This leadership role demands expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within timelines and budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence across all project phases.

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning and design finalization to construction and handover
• Manage project budgets exceeding ₹500 crores, ensuring cost optimization and financial discipline
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee site teams of 200+ workers, contractors, and vendors ensuring quality and safety standards
• Monitor construction progress against milestones and implement corrective actions for delays
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, building codes, environmental clearances, and quality certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Construction Management or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years in real estate project management with at least 5 years leading large residential projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at ₹300+ crores on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project), and quality systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience handling investors, contractors, and government bodies
• In-depth knowledge of RERA compliance, statutory approvals, and construction contracts
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 150+ personnel across multiple project sites
