Project Engineer

We are hiring a Project Engineer for our metro rail construction project in Pune. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising civil construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, concrete works, and structural erection
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for delays
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental regulations
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Prepare daily progress reports, bill of quantities, and technical documentation for client submissions

• 7-12 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in metro rail, bridges, or infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment for heavy civil works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools
• Excellent understanding of IS codes, construction contracts, and procurement processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise site teams
• Willingness to work on-site and relocate as per project requirements
