Principal AI/ML Engineer - Computer Vision

We are seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to build cutting-edge computer vision solutions for virtual try-on, product recognition, and personalized recommendations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the AI strategy for India's most successful beauty-tech platform.

• Design and develop computer vision models for virtual makeup try-on and AR experiences
• Build ML systems for visual search, product categorization, and image quality assessment
• Lead the development of personalization engines using deep learning and recommendation algorithms
• Architect scalable ML infrastructure on cloud platforms to serve millions of daily users
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Establish ML best practices, model governance, and A/B testing frameworks

• 9+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with 5+ years focused on computer vision
• Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and CV libraries (OpenCV)
• Strong publication record or proven track record of deploying CV models in production
• Experience with face detection, image segmentation, GANs, and 3D reconstruction techniques
• Proficiency in Python, distributed computing, and cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
• Strong understanding of ML operations, model monitoring, and continuous training pipelines
• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
