ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to build and deploy machine learning models that power fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and personalization systems. You will work on challenging problems involving real-time data processing, model deployment at scale, and continuous model improvement. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection, risk scoring, and user personalization
• Build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to handle millions of transactions in real-time
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify ML opportunities and implement solutions
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble techniques
• Monitor model performance in production and implement automated retraining and deployment workflows
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to building ML best practices across the organization

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems
• Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms including deep learning, gradient boosting, and ensemble methods
• Proven experience in fraud detection, risk modeling, or recommendation systems in fintech or e-commerce
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
