ML Engineer

The ML Engineer will design and deploy production-grade machine learning systems for retail and CPG clients, solving complex business problems at scale. This role involves building end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering skills with deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and business context.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and personalization use cases
• Build robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring in cloud environments
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, and computational efficiency for real-time inference systems
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure model impact on business KPIs
• Stay current with latest ML research and evaluate emerging technologies for business applications

• 6-9 years of experience in machine learning engineering with proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale
• Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms including deep learning, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
