ML Engineer

• Design and implement ML models for personalization, ranking, and recommendation engines
• Build scalable data pipelines and model training workflows using distributed computing frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define problem statements and success metrics
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance, accuracy, and latency
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate model improvements and business impact
• Stay updated with latest ML research and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into production systems

• 6-9 years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala with expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms including deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and ranking
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a premier institution
• Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
