The Medical Superintendent will oversee all clinical and administrative operations of a 350+ bed multi-specialty hospital, ensuring highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires balancing clinical excellence with business performance.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical departments, nursing services, and patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other regulatory standards and accreditations
• Drive quality initiatives, patient safety protocols, and clinical governance frameworks
• Manage medical staff credentialing, training programs, and performance management systems
• Oversee hospital operations including emergency services, ICU, OT, and inpatient departments
• Collaborate with hospital administration on budgets, infrastructure development, and business growth

• 15+ years of clinical experience with minimum 5 years in hospital administration or medical superintendent roles
• MBBS degree with MD/MS in clinical specialty from recognized medical institution
• Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards, medical regulations, and quality frameworks
• Proven track record of managing multi-specialty hospitals with 200+ beds
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Hospital management certification or MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, EMR, and hospital management software
