Management Consultant

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Strategy & Operations practice, working with clients across BFSI, technology, and consumer sectors. This role involves leading client engagements on strategic transformations, operating model design, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, client management experience, and the ability to deliver impactful recommendations.

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including problem diagnosis, analysis, solution design, and implementation roadmaps
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to develop strategic recommendations
• Design operating models, organizational structures, and process improvements to drive client business transformation
• Manage client relationships, facilitate executive workshops, and present findings to C-suite stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts while contributing to proposal development and business development activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide thought leadership to clients

• MBA or PGDM from Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 7+ years of consulting experience with top-tier firms (Big 4, MBB, or reputed boutique firms)
• Proven experience in strategy consulting, operating model transformation, or business process reengineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in frameworks, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to create compelling presentations and business cases
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience presenting to senior executives
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) to client locations across India
