• Lead workstreams on strategic consulting projects including growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using frameworks, financial modeling, and market research
• Develop client-ready presentations, synthesis documents, and executive recommendations
• Manage junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching throughout project lifecycles
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement
• Contribute to knowledge development, thought leadership, and business development initiatives

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related analytical roles
• MBA from top-tier global business schools (IIM A/B/C, ISB, Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, etc.) preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Strong business acumen across multiple industries and functional domains
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives
• Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) and work in demanding, deadline-driven environments
