• Lead consulting engagements focused on business strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business challenges using data-driven frameworks and industry best practices
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps for C-suite executives
• Manage project teams of 3-5 consultants and analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and timely execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation
• Contribute to business development activities including proposal development and client presentations

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles
• Proven expertise in business analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Excellent client-facing skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer products sectors preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations (60-80% travel)
