We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to build exceptional user experiences for our mobile and web platforms. You will lead frontend architecture, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineers while contributing hands-on to code. • Lead frontend architecture and technical design for web and mobile web applications
• Build performant, accessible, and delightful user interfaces using React and React Native
• Drive engineering excellence through code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
• Mentor frontend engineers and conduct design reviews to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences
• Establish frontend tooling, component libraries, and development workflows

• 7+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in React and modern JavaScript
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors
• Experience with mobile web development and React Native is highly preferred
• Strong design sensibility and ability to collaborate effectively with designers
• Proven track record of building consumer-facing products with high attention to detail
