Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to develop ML models for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and route optimization. You will lead ML initiatives, work with large-scale data, and deploy models that directly impact business outcomes.

• Design and develop ML models for demand prediction and pricing optimization
• Lead end-to-end ML pipeline from data collection to model deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data infrastructure
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance
• Mentor ML engineers and promote best practices
• Stay updated with latest ML research and apply innovations

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with time-series forecasting and optimization algorithms
• Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
