Lead Growth Engineer - MarTech Stack

We are looking for a Lead Growth Engineer to build and scale our marketing technology infrastructure driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will architect systems for personalization, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation impacting millions of users.

• Design and build scalable marketing technology platforms for multi-channel campaign management
• Develop real-time personalization engines using ML models for notifications, emails, and in-app content
• Architect event-driven systems for user segmentation, targeting, and marketing attribution
• Build experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure for growth initiatives
• Integrate and optimize third-party MarTech tools including CDPs, analytics platforms, and automation tools
• Collaborate with growth, product, and data science teams to drive measurable business impact

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with focus on growth, marketing tech, or consumer platforms
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Python, Java, Node.js) and distributed systems
• Experience building event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar platforms
• Understanding of growth metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing analytics
• Experience with ML/AI for personalization and recommendation systems is a strong plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
