Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime for our payment systems. You will lead a team of engineers and drive infrastructure automation initiatives.

• Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
• Lead the DevOps team and mentor engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure costs
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth releases and deployments

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms with relevant certifications
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience in fintech or highly regulated environments is a plus
