Lead Data Science Manager

We are looking for a Lead Data Science Manager to build and lead high-performing analytics teams focused on fraud detection, risk management, and personalization. You will drive data-driven decision making across product, growth, and business teams while developing advanced ML models at scale.

• Lead a team of 10+ data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact ML models for fraud detection and risk scoring
• Design and implement recommendation systems and personalization engines serving 450M+ users
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems processing billions of transactions
• Develop experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies to measure product impact and optimize user experience
• Build predictive models for customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and credit risk assessment
• Establish data science best practices, mentorship programs, and technical roadmap for the analytics organization

• 8+ years of experience in data science with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments serving millions of users
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce domains with focus on fraud detection or risk management
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex analytical insights into business recommendations
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field preferred
