We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team protecting critical banking infrastructure and customer data. This role involves threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across HDFC Bank's vast digital ecosystem.

• Monitor security incidents and threats across banking applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure using SIEM and security tools
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits for critical banking systems
• Lead incident response activities including detection, containment, investigation, and remediation of security breaches
• Implement security controls and best practices aligned with RBI guidelines, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure architecture, code reviews, and deployment practices
• Develop security awareness programs and conduct training for employees on cybersecurity best practices

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, or security engineering
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, and regulatory requirements for BFSI sector
• Expertise in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, DLP, and endpoint security platforms
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Qualys) and penetration testing methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work in a 24/7 security operations environment
