HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for assigned business units
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building programs
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, attrition, and productivity
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoE) on learning & development, compensation, and organizational design

• MBA in HR or related field with 8+ years of progressive HR experience in large IT/ITES organizations
• Minimum 4 years as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and employee lifecycle
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive change management initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
