HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across manufacturing and supply chain functions, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a consultative approach to HR with deep understanding of manufacturing environments and change management capabilities.

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management projects
• Manage employee relations, engagement surveys, and culture-building programs
• Oversee compensation planning, workforce analytics, and HR budgeting for assigned business units
• Implement retention strategies and career development frameworks for critical talent pools

• 9+ years of progressive HR experience with minimum 4 years as HRBP or in generalist roles
• Strong experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
• Deep understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation, and labor relations
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics
• MBA in HR or related field from reputed institution; SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus
