Head of Marketing

We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns and customer acquisition for our beauty category. This leadership role requires P&L ownership and a proven track record in building iconic consumer brands.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing and traditional channels
• Manage marketing budget of ₹50+ crore and optimize ROI across all channels
• Drive brand partnerships, celebrity collaborations and content marketing initiatives
• Lead a team of 20+ marketing professionals across brand, performance and content teams
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape to inform strategy

• 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in beauty, fashion, FMCG or e-commerce industries
• Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing and growth hacking
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• MBA from tier-1 institute preferred
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, content strategy and performance marketing
