• Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple brand portfolios
• Lead a team of brand managers and marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns
• Drive consumer insights and market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives and integrate omnichannel marketing approaches
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹50 crores and ensure optimal ROI on all campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

• MBA from Tier-1 institution with 12+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or consumer brands
• Proven track record of building and scaling brands with P&L ownership
• Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior across urban and rural markets
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15+ marketing professionals
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and consumer insights tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
