We are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, innovation, and growth for our Hair Care portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a visionary marketer with deep consumer insights and proven brand-building expertise.

• Define and execute brand strategy, positioning, and long-term growth roadmap for the Hair Care portfolio
• Drive innovation pipeline including new product development, packaging, and formulation improvements
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, print, and influencer platforms
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹100 crores and optimize ROI across channels
• Conduct consumer research, competitive analysis, and trend mapping to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

• 12+ years of brand management and marketing experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong track record of launching successful brands and driving market share growth
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies
• Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and storytelling capabilities
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• MBA from a premier B-school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) mandatory
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or wellness categories preferred
