We are seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels. This role demands a data-driven marketer who can design and execute high-impact growth experiments.

• Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across digital channels including paid ads, SEO, email, and app marketing
• Lead data-driven experimentation to optimize user acquisition funnels and conversion rates
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹5 crores monthly and ensure optimal ROI on spend
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to launch growth campaigns
• Analyze user behavior, cohort data, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
• Build and mentor a team of growth marketers and performance specialists

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition for consumer internet or e-commerce platforms
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, App Store Optimization, and marketing analytics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools like MixPanel or Clevertap
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable business impact
• MBA from tier-1 institution or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
