Group Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Group Product Manager to lead multiple product teams building the next generation of payment and banking solutions. You will own strategic product initiatives, drive innovation, and scale products that directly impact millions of merchants and consumers across India.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 product managers while owning the strategy and roadmap for multiple product lines
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs
• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and growth across payments and fintech products
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions at scale
• Establish product metrics, KPIs, and analytics frameworks to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Represent product strategy to executive leadership, investors, and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA from premier institutes preferred
• 9+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years managing product teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B or B2C fintech/SaaS products from 0 to 1
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem, APIs, developer platforms, or financial services
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with expertise in product analytics tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across all levels
• Experience in high-growth startups or product companies with demonstrated leadership abilities
