Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting for our automotive division. This role will partner with business leaders to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for ₹500+ crore revenue business unit
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for CXO-level stakeholders and Board meetings
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, working capital management, and cash flow improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, GST, and internal audit requirements
• Manage a team of 6-8 finance professionals, providing mentorship and developing finance capabilities

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; CMA is an added advantage
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance roles within manufacturing, automotive, or large conglomerates
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and management accounting
• In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, GST, transfer pricing, and statutory compliances
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, Excel modeling, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams
