We are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance for our corporate finance function. This role will manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, liaise with auditors, and ensure adherence to IRDAI and IFRS guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong technical skills and insurance domain knowledge.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, IFRS 17, Ind AS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory, tax, and regulatory audits
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across business units
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements in the finance function

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, and audit within insurance or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 17, Ind AS, IRDAI regulations, and insurance accounting principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
