Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and business analytics for key business units, partnering with leadership to drive strategic decisions. This role requires strong technical finance knowledge, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business verticals
• Develop comprehensive financial models, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare monthly MIS, executive dashboards, and board presentations highlighting financial performance and key trends
• Partner with business heads to provide financial insights, profitability analysis, and investment recommendations
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting, automation of reporting tools, and data governance frameworks
• Support M&A activities, fund-raising initiatives, and regulatory compliance including RBI and SEBI guidelines

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA with 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, controllership, or corporate finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in NBFC/BFSI sector
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong business partnering skills with experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), regulatory requirements, and NBFC operational frameworks
• Self-driven professional with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
