As Data Scientist, you will develop advanced machine learning models and analytics solutions to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, personalization, and supply chain operations. You will work with petabyte-scale datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deploy models that directly impact Walmart's global business metrics. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex data problems at unprecedented scale.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer personalization
• Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, Spark, and SQL to extract insights and drive business decisions
• Build recommendation engines, predictive models, and segmentation frameworks to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver solutions
• Implement A/B testing frameworks, experimentation strategies, and model monitoring pipelines
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership through compelling data visualizations and business narratives

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Expertise in statistical modeling, time series analysis, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning
• Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Publications, Kaggle achievements, or contributions to open-source ML projects are a plus
