We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Risk & Fraud Analytics team to build advanced machine learning models for fraud detection and prevention. You will work with massive datasets, develop real-time scoring systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge problems in fintech using state-of-the-art ML techniques.

• Design and develop machine learning models for fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and transaction monitoring
• Build real-time scoring engines capable of processing millions of transactions per day with low latency
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on large-scale datasets using Spark, Hive, and Python
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and monitor model performance
• Develop feature engineering pipelines and automated model retraining frameworks
• Present findings and model insights to stakeholders including product, business, and executive teams

• 6+ years of experience in data science with focus on machine learning and predictive modeling
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based data platforms
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments at scale
• Domain expertise in fintech, payments, fraud analytics, or credit risk is highly preferred
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
