• Lead credit appraisal and sanctioning for corporate and SME loan proposals up to ₹50Cr
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and risk evaluation
• Manage a portfolio of ₹500Cr+ ensuring asset quality and timely recoveries
• Implement credit policies and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal norms
• Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters
• Collaborate with business teams to structure deals and provide credit solutions

• 11+ years of experience in corporate/SME lending with strong credit appraisal skills
• Deep understanding of financial statement analysis, working capital assessment, and risk metrics
• Thorough knowledge of RBI regulations, banking regulations, and credit policies
• Proven track record of managing large credit portfolios with strong asset quality
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
• CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) from reputed institution preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
