Cluster Head - Retail Banking

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Head to oversee 18-22 branches in the Pune region, driving business growth across liabilities, assets, and third-party products. This leadership role requires P&L ownership, team development, and strong relationship management capabilities.

• Manage P&L for a cluster of 18-22 branches with a deposit base of ₹1500+ crore
• Drive business growth across CASA, retail loans, credit cards, and cross-sell products
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Managers and relationship managers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards
• Implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve quarterly business targets
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, associations, and institutions in the region

• 12-16 years of experience in retail banking with at least 5 years in cluster/regional roles
• Strong track record in CASA mobilization, retail asset growth, and P&L management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing 150+ team members
• Deep understanding of banking products, regulatory framework, and market dynamics
• Excellent relationship management and business development skills
• MBA from premier institute preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster
