Cluster Head

The Cluster Head will be responsible for driving business growth, customer acquisition, and operational excellence across 25-30 retail branches in the Pune region. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, team development, and a strong focus on achieving business targets.

• Manage and drive business performance across 25-30 retail branches with total deposits of ₹1000+ crores
• Develop and execute cluster-level business strategies to achieve targets in deposits, advances, fee income, and customer acquisition
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25+ Branch Managers and 300+ banking professionals
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements across all branches
• Drive digital adoption initiatives and enhance customer experience through service excellence
• Monitor key performance metrics, conduct branch reviews, and implement corrective action plans

• 10+ years of experience in retail banking with minimum 5 years in cluster or regional management
• MBA or PGDM from a recognized institution; Banking certifications are advantageous
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding business targets
• Strong understanding of retail banking products including liabilities, assets, forex, and third-party products
• Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in banking operations
• Willingness to travel extensively across the cluster branches
