Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator will oversee day-to-day clinical operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless patient care delivery and adherence to quality protocols. This role bridges clinical teams, nursing staff, and hospital administration to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for clinical audits, staff coordination, and implementing best practices in line with NABH and JCI standards.

• Coordinate clinical operations across ICU, emergency, and inpatient departments ensuring 24x7 coverage
• Implement and monitor clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and patient safety standards
• Conduct regular clinical audits and mortality reviews to ensure quality benchmarks are met
• Liaise between medical staff, nursing teams, and administration to resolve operational challenges
• Manage clinical roster planning, staff allocation, and emergency preparedness protocols
• Lead initiatives for NABH accreditation maintenance and participation in quality improvement projects

• 8-12 years of clinical experience with minimum 4 years in coordination or supervisory roles
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) with valid state registration; Master's preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and patient care standards
• Experience working with NABH/JCI accreditation processes and quality frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in hospital management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Crisis management skills and ability to handle medical emergencies with composure
