Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

We are seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and operations. This critical role reports to the CTO and Board Risk Committee, overseeing all aspects of information security, cyber risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Define and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead a team of 80+ security professionals across SOC, threat intelligence, and governance functions
• Establish security architecture standards and oversee implementation across digital banking platforms
• Manage relationships with RBI, CERT-In, and other regulatory bodies for compliance reporting
• Drive security awareness programs and establish a culture of security across 100,000+ employees
• Oversee incident response, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery operations

• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in CISO or senior leadership roles
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 standards
• Expertise in cloud security, application security, network security, and identity management
• Strong experience with security operations, threat hunting, and incident response
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to board-level stakeholders
• MBA or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred
