The Category Head will drive strategic growth for a key product portfolio, owning end-to-end P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teams. This leadership position requires developing breakthrough innovation, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving market share gains. You will work directly with senior leadership to shape category strategy and business direction.

• Own complete P&L responsibility for the assigned category with annual revenue targets of ₹500Cr+
• Develop long-term category strategy including portfolio architecture and innovation pipeline
• Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Drive trade marketing initiatives to enhance distribution reach and retail execution
• Conduct consumer insights research to identify growth opportunities and unmet needs
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders including sales, supply chain, R&D, and finance teams

• 10+ years of brand/category management experience in FMCG companies
• Proven track record of managing large portfolios with strong P&L accountability
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail landscape
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable plans
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• MBA from premier institution required
• Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce channels preferred
