• Own full P&L responsibility for the category with revenues of ₹2000+ crores across multiple brands
• Develop and execute long-term category strategy, annual business plans, and innovation roadmaps
• Lead brand positioning, portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Drive consumer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, R&D, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹200 crores annually and optimize ROI across media channels

• 11+ years of experience in brand management and marketing within FMCG sector
• MBA from premier business school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of driving brand growth, market share gains, and profitability
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and trade marketing in Indian markets
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and business modeling
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
