Business Intelligence Analyst

We seek a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our supply chain and logistics operations. This role involves building advanced dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and partnering with business leaders to optimize key metrics. You will be instrumental in shaping strategies that impact millions of customers and sellers.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to define KPIs and tracking mechanisms
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates
• Build predictive models to forecast demand, inventory requirements, and customer behavior
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Hive, Spark, Presto)
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation
• Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
• Excellent storytelling and visualization skills with ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
