Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our high-performing branch in Pune, driving business growth, customer acquisition, and team development. This role offers the opportunity to manage a large customer portfolio and influence regional banking strategies.

• Manage end-to-end branch operations including P&L, sales targets, compliance, and customer service excellence
• Drive business growth through acquisition of retail assets, liabilities, and third-party products
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 banking professionals to achieve individual and branch targets
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance and adherence to internal audit and RBI guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI customers and local business community
• Implement digital banking initiatives and increase adoption of online channels among customers

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking with at least 3 years in branch management
• MBA in Finance/Banking or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch P&L
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in team building, performance management, and talent development
• Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms
