Backend Developer - Distributed Systems

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to design and build highly scalable distributed systems that power millions of transactions. This role demands expertise in handling high-throughput systems with stringent latency and availability requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services handling 100M+ daily transactions
• Build fault-tolerant, low-latency microservices using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, Redis, and distributed databases
• Optimize system performance, conduct load testing, and ensure 99.99% uptime
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams for seamless feature delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and code reviews

• 6+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar languages
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems design
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Deep understanding of system design, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field from premier institutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in high-scale production environments
